The Challenge
Design a new selling system and recruit and train new in-home sales representatives who possess the skills necessary to relate to today's consumers without resorting to 1970 sales techniques.

The Outcome
Within three months, Unique Selling Systems had recruited and trained talented new sales representatives in all Brady markets, designed a new relationship-oriented, needs-based selling systems, and coached new and existing representatives on its use in the field. In addition, call center representatives were recruited to support the sales force.


The Continuation
Unique Selling Systems continued to recruit and train new and existing sales people until the company was sold.
